Sherry

Sherry was born and grew up in Surrey, England. Her father is English and her mother Canadian. Her Canadian family owned vacation cottages near the Sandbanks beaches. It was probably inevitable that the family would immigrate to the idyllic lifestyle of Prince Edward County.

Sherry is a multi-talented woman, having been a jewelry-maker, knife-maker, carpenter, painter and decorator. Currently she is a product-specialist for Home Hardware Building Centre in Kingston. She specializes in Windows, Doors, Roofing, Siding and Decking.

John

John was born in Edmonton, but grew up in Kingston. He graduated from Queen’s University with degrees in Phys-ed, English and Drama. He was a Territory Manager for several Surgical Products companies.

He spent many years as an actor, director and comic performer, but life really began when he met Sherry. They live on a farm north of Napanee with several cats, 2 dogs and 3 horses.

Although they have a beautiful acreage with waterfront on the Salmon River,  undoubtedly some day the County will lure them back.
